Ways to build Self-Confidence

Self-Confidence is nothing but confidence in oneself,Self-confidence is the knowledge that you can do something and do it well.We should know that:
                             "Without self-confidence we are as babes in the cradle"


Self-confidence influences every facet of a person's life.Everyone knows that self-confidence is very important but what is not known to everyone is the degree of its importance.
The rule of thumb says that the clearer the goal is, the higher self confidence gets. And, truth to be said, there is little people can do without it. Even the most capable body and mind won't do anything good without the self confidence. It form a base on which every human activity rests on. Without it, you won't achieve any success – you wouldn't even know what success means! 
Despite of knowing its importance we all are not able to cope with it, ever thought why? some people try but leave because of their fear and some dont know as to how to apply it to oneself.


So below are some of the points by which we can gain self confidence, although this is not an overnight acquisition, you have to practice them daily but atleast give it a try:

1:RECOGNISE YOUR FEAR AND INSECURITIES:
We all have some kind of fear and insecurities even in our daily small things that we do, recognize them, it can be an acne,emotional abuse, a regret or fear to face public, or fear of height , it can be anything.Sit alone and know what is their in back of your mind? What affects you the most?
Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down. 

Always remember that their in nothing impossible in this world, infact impossible itself says that I AM POSSIBLE. so go ahead and try, you may fail but remember to be positive and feel that time that atleast you tried.so whats its always not meant to win.
Always remember that"Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings".

2: SHARE YOUR FEAR WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES:
Try and share your fear with the persons whom you think and understand and can give you right suggestion to overcome these issues.
Get to the root of the problem; focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue before you can move on.Jot down what change you felt the next day, make agendas to overcome, and face all situations this will make you fearless. and you will be able to understand life well.

3:STAY POSITIVE:
In my previous article i told you about as to how it is very important to be positive in life.Remember that nobody is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality.Remember that life is full of ups and downs.

4:IDENTIFY YOUR HIDDEN TALENT:
Everyone is good at something, try to find out your strenghts, that you are good at, motivate yourself so that they become they base of your success.Take pride, give yourself credit, and never victimised for anything wrong in your life, infact try what went wrong with the situation, understand it.Be thankful to what you have in your life, reap all the benefits it can give you and make the best use of them, in our life we normally waste time thinking what we don`t have rather than what we have and can expand further.

5:SMILE:
This is a tool which can create miracles , according to the studies, even a fake smile can create positive hormones in brain to rejenuate yourself.It will benefit you to gain confidence in long run, do not stop smiling by comparing yourself to others, but always try to inculcate their positives in you.

6:USE FAKE CONFIDENCE:
Stand in front of mirror and behave in complete changed version of your personality, being confident in your talks and body language, this will also give you a push towards positive attitude and how to inculcate confidence within yourselves.

7:MIX MUSIC AND YOUR INTERESTS:
Music is like a therapy to brain, we feel relax and calm listening music, it opens the door of brains, along with that add things to your ,life that interests you the most, this will give you emmence pleasure in your life.

8:FOLLOW YOUR PRINCIPLES:
Everybody has some positive rules in their lives, it can be waking up early, being spiritual, avoiding oily foods etc,if you have anyone of it in your life and you feel its good, stick to it always, because at any time in your life if you feel disappointed it will give you a confidence that atleast you stick to your rule with the best of your ability.

How to protect Skin in Winters

Hi, we all know that winters as a part of seasons comes with a winter effect, cold spells, harsh air and freezy mornings.During summers we spend our time curing our tanning and sun burnt skin, similarly in winters we have to protect our skin from drying, cracking and many more complications.

During cold spells, our skin is constantly bombarded, dried out and increasingly susceptible to infections,
Cracking,chafing,dry patches and itichiness are all the symptoms of winter skin.
So its better to take precautions before because "Prevention is better than cure".
So below are some of the points that all should keep in mind during winters.

Firstly, make it a habit to drink plenty of water and fluids during winters.Because when the body is hydrated so do the skin, drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water everyday, this will remove the toxins from body, giving skin a smoother and shinier look.

Secondly, moisturize your skin, it is really important because moisturizers create a barrier that protects skin from drying, giving it time for hydration and provide healing power to skin.

Thirdly, Exfoliate your skin, it is necessary because it removes rough bits and promotes new cell growth, try and use simpler products that maintain moisture, and avoid harsh soaps, as they will ruin your skin cells, try and use products that contain cocoa or shea butter and avocados.

Fourthly, Apply sunscreen to your face in winters also, it is just a myth that only summer sun creates blunders but in winters too sun rays are bit harsh on skin and can damage skin.

fifth, If you have a really dry skin dont use toners that are alcohol based they will make skin more worse rather opt for a cleansing milk or oil instead.

Sixth, dont ever rub your skin after having hot shower it will only make your skin unhealthy by removing all the oils and skin cells, try skin to pat dry itself, take short cool showers and not long hot baths.

seventh, Try to apply oil to your whole body by giving massage to yourself for 20 minutes this will remove the dry skin that make a whitish layer over the skin and the skin look dry.
