Dates are juicy, sweet and nutritious fruit, mostly brown in colour. These are mostly consumed raw or with milk to add extra health benefits.They are found mostly everywhere and are an excellent remedy for many health related problems.
They are rich in Potassium, carbohydrates, vitamins A,B,C,E and K.,magnesium,copper,cobalt,proteins,boron,iron and many more components to provide essential nutrients for overall health. These have been known since ages.So below are some of the nutritional and health benefits of dates below:

For Skin:
Dates are a natural resource of Vitamin B5, It is highly beneficial for skin cells as it can repair damage caused by free radicals. It can eliminate dry and dead skin cells and gives healthy, bright and glowing skin.It can nourish our skin and improve its texture.It fights ageing and help getting smooth skin cells.

For Hairs:
It helps preventing many hair problems like dandruff, splitends,brittle hairs etc.It provides nourishment to hairs giving hairs a smooth, shiny and bouncy look, it makes hairs stronger and prevent hair fall to a larger extent due to the presence of vitamins in it.

For Heart:
Dates are low in sodium content, and helps improving overall blood circulation, therefore leads to lower cholestrol level, this restrict stoppage of blood in body,moreover avaliability of potassium helps in reducing heart strokes to a large extent,Dates also prevent cancer as they are rich in lutein,beta-carotene which have anti-cancer properties.

Dates are rich source of Vitamin A which is an essential nutrient for improving vision, it decreases macular degeneration and restricts night blindness.

FOODS FOR POSITIVE MOOD

Have you ever thought that the food you eat daily has a strong impact on your mood.Studies show that their exist a perfect correlation between the food and our mood.They both are linked to each other.

If you are eating right food you are boosting your mood for a positive spirit but have you ever thought if you eat wrong it strongly impact your hormones and make you feel dull and down.
Studies claims that People who tend to eat fresh foods live much happier life, and enhanced stamina than those who eat junk food.

Below are some of the foods to maintain good and positive mood:

1:FRUITS:
This is one of the true fact that people who eat more fruits as a part of an overall healthy diet are more likely to produce positive hormones in their body.
Fruits provide nutrients that are vital for health and maintenance of your body, not only they boosts the mood but have several others health benefits too. For eg:Fruits maintain healthy blood pressure,reduces cholestrol levels,essential for growth and repair of all bodytissues.

RECIPE FOR GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES

         ARTICLE ON HOW TO COOK GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES AT HOME


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1:Red or White Potatoes.
2:Olive Oil
3:Black Pepper
4:Crushed Garlic
5:Chopped Parsley
6:Coriander
7:Cherry tomatoes
8:Salt

METHOD:

There are 2 methods to prepare them:
1:Oven
2:Pan


IN OVEN:
1: Preheat oven at 200 degree cel

2:Take potatoes according to your requirement , and cut them into pieces, put some olive oil, black pepper,crushed garlic and salt according to your taste and requirement, and mix them until potatoes are well coated.

3:Place potatoes in baking tray and roast them 45 minutes to an hour until crisped, flip 2-3 times with spatula during cooking in order to ensure even browning.

4:Remove the potatoes from the oven, garnish with parsley or coriander or cherry tomatoes,and serve hot.

IN PAN:

1:Place pan to stove for heat, put some olive oil and allow it to heat for seconds.

2:Put garlic into the oil, brown it for second and add pieces of potatoes to it, then add black pepper,salt, cherry tomatoes, coriander or parsley  and salt for taste.

3:Heat them all until brown and crisp.

4:Serve hot in bowl and enjoy.

Ways to build Self-Confidence

Self-Confidence is nothing but confidence in oneself,Self-confidence is the knowledge that you can do something and do it well.We should know that:
                             "Without self-confidence we are as babes in the cradle"


Self-confidence influences every facet of a person's life.Everyone knows that self-confidence is very important but what is not known to everyone is the degree of its importance.
The rule of thumb says that the clearer the goal is, the higher self confidence gets. And, truth to be said, there is little people can do without it. Even the most capable body and mind won't do anything good without the self confidence. It form a base on which every human activity rests on. Without it, you won't achieve any success – you wouldn't even know what success means! 
Despite of knowing its importance we all are not able to cope with it, ever thought why? some people try but leave because of their fear and some dont know as to how to apply it to oneself.


So below are some of the points by which we can gain self confidence, although this is not an overnight acquisition, you have to practice them daily but atleast give it a try:

1:RECOGNISE YOUR FEAR AND INSECURITIES:
We all have some kind of fear and insecurities even in our daily small things that we do, recognize them, it can be an acne,emotional abuse, a regret or fear to face public, or fear of height , it can be anything.Sit alone and know what is their in back of your mind? What affects you the most?
Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down. 

Always remember that their in nothing impossible in this world, infact impossible itself says that I AM POSSIBLE. so go ahead and try, you may fail but remember to be positive and feel that time that atleast you tried.so whats its always not meant to win.
Always remember that"Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings".

2: SHARE YOUR FEAR WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES:
Try and share your fear with the persons whom you think and understand and can give you right suggestion to overcome these issues.
Get to the root of the problem; focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue before you can move on.Jot down what change you felt the next day, make agendas to overcome, and face all situations this will make you fearless. and you will be able to understand life well.

3:STAY POSITIVE:
In my previous article i told you about as to how it is very important to be positive in life.Remember that nobody is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality.Remember that life is full of ups and downs.

4:IDENTIFY YOUR HIDDEN TALENT:
Everyone is good at something, try to find out your strenghts, that you are good at, motivate yourself so that they become they base of your success.Take pride, give yourself credit, and never victimised for anything wrong in your life, infact try what went wrong with the situation, understand it.Be thankful to what you have in your life, reap all the benefits it can give you and make the best use of them, in our life we normally waste time thinking what we don`t have rather than what we have and can expand further.

5:SMILE:
This is a tool which can create miracles , according to the studies, even a fake smile can create positive hormones in brain to rejenuate yourself.It will benefit you to gain confidence in long run, do not stop smiling by comparing yourself to others, but always try to inculcate their positives in you.

6:USE FAKE CONFIDENCE:
Stand in front of mirror and behave in complete changed version of your personality, being confident in your talks and body language, this will also give you a push towards positive attitude and how to inculcate confidence within yourselves.

7:MIX MUSIC AND YOUR INTERESTS:
Music is like a therapy to brain, we feel relax and calm listening music, it opens the door of brains, along with that add things to your ,life that interests you the most, this will give you emmence pleasure in your life.

8:FOLLOW YOUR PRINCIPLES:
Everybody has some positive rules in their lives, it can be waking up early, being spiritual, avoiding oily foods etc,if you have anyone of it in your life and you feel its good, stick to it always, because at any time in your life if you feel disappointed it will give you a confidence that atleast you stick to your rule with the best of your ability.

That`s all, and remember, That self confidence, patience, control and many more cannot be bought by money but these are the real treasures to live life smoothly and happily.
