How to Reduce and get Rid of Dark Circles

Dark circles refer to the dark discoloration of skin under the eye, are also dark blemishes under the eye.

Dark circles can appear because of many reasons, some are listed below like:
-Lack of sleep.
-Aging
-crying
-Mental or physical stress
-Heredity
-Working on laptops or phones for prolonged hours
-unhealthy diet.

Dark circles under the eye give your face a youthless glow, but their are several home remedies to prevent and treat dark circles,below are some of the ways:


1:DRINK WATER:


One of the most effective and easy way to reduce dark circles is to drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water everyday, it flush out your toxins, making skin spotless, and keeping skin hydrated all the time.
 







2:CUCUMBERS:

3:ROSEWATER:

There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes.
Put  thick potato slicesonto your eyes, leave them for 15 minutes, can apply it weekly.





5:TEA BAGS:

The caffeine and antioxidants present in tea can be highly beneficial for getting rid of dark circles as well as puffiness under eyes by shrinking the blood vessel.
Chill two used green or black tea bags in the refrigerator for about half an hour,Place one tea bag over each eye and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and wash your face. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks.




6:SLEEPWELL:

 It is the number one technique to reduce dark circles, so make sure you take atleast 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

RECIPE FOR GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES

         ARTICLE ON HOW TO COOK GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES AT HOME


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1:Red or White Potatoes.
2:Olive Oil
3:Black Pepper
4:Crushed Garlic
5:Chopped Parsley
6:Coriander
7:Cherry tomatoes
8:Salt

METHOD:

There are 2 methods to prepare them:
1:Oven
2:Pan


IN OVEN:
1: Preheat oven at 200 degree cel

2:Take potatoes according to your requirement , and cut them into pieces, put some olive oil, black pepper,crushed garlic and salt according to your taste and requirement, and mix them until potatoes are well coated.

3:Place potatoes in baking tray and roast them 45 minutes to an hour until crisped, flip 2-3 times with spatula during cooking in order to ensure even browning.

4:Remove the potatoes from the oven, garnish with parsley or coriander or cherry tomatoes,and serve hot.

IN PAN:

1:Place pan to stove for heat, put some olive oil and allow it to heat for seconds.

2:Put garlic into the oil, brown it for second and add pieces of potatoes to it, then add black pepper,salt, cherry tomatoes, coriander or parsley  and salt for taste.

3:Heat them all until brown and crisp.

4:Serve hot in bowl and enjoy.

Ways to build Self-Confidence

Self-Confidence is nothing but confidence in oneself,Self-confidence is the knowledge that you can do something and do it well.We should know that:
                             "Without self-confidence we are as babes in the cradle"


Self-confidence influences every facet of a person's life.Everyone knows that self-confidence is very important but what is not known to everyone is the degree of its importance.
The rule of thumb says that the clearer the goal is, the higher self confidence gets. And, truth to be said, there is little people can do without it. Even the most capable body and mind won't do anything good without the self confidence. It form a base on which every human activity rests on. Without it, you won't achieve any success – you wouldn't even know what success means! 
Despite of knowing its importance we all are not able to cope with it, ever thought why? some people try but leave because of their fear and some dont know as to how to apply it to oneself.


So below are some of the points by which we can gain self confidence, although this is not an overnight acquisition, you have to practice them daily but atleast give it a try:

1:RECOGNISE YOUR FEAR AND INSECURITIES:
We all have some kind of fear and insecurities even in our daily small things that we do, recognize them, it can be an acne,emotional abuse, a regret or fear to face public, or fear of height , it can be anything.Sit alone and know what is their in back of your mind? What affects you the most?
Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down. 

Always remember that their in nothing impossible in this world, infact impossible itself says that I AM POSSIBLE. so go ahead and try, you may fail but remember to be positive and feel that time that atleast you tried.so whats its always not meant to win.
Always remember that"Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings".

2: SHARE YOUR FEAR WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES:
Try and share your fear with the persons whom you think and understand and can give you right suggestion to overcome these issues.
Get to the root of the problem; focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue before you can move on.Jot down what change you felt the next day, make agendas to overcome, and face all situations this will make you fearless. and you will be able to understand life well.

3:STAY POSITIVE:
In my previous article i told you about as to how it is very important to be positive in life.Remember that nobody is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality.Remember that life is full of ups and downs.

4:IDENTIFY YOUR HIDDEN TALENT:
Everyone is good at something, try to find out your strenghts, that you are good at, motivate yourself so that they become they base of your success.Take pride, give yourself credit, and never victimised for anything wrong in your life, infact try what went wrong with the situation, understand it.Be thankful to what you have in your life, reap all the benefits it can give you and make the best use of them, in our life we normally waste time thinking what we don`t have rather than what we have and can expand further.

5:SMILE:
This is a tool which can create miracles , according to the studies, even a fake smile can create positive hormones in brain to rejenuate yourself.It will benefit you to gain confidence in long run, do not stop smiling by comparing yourself to others, but always try to inculcate their positives in you.

6:USE FAKE CONFIDENCE:
Stand in front of mirror and behave in complete changed version of your personality, being confident in your talks and body language, this will also give you a push towards positive attitude and how to inculcate confidence within yourselves.

7:MIX MUSIC AND YOUR INTERESTS:
Music is like a therapy to brain, we feel relax and calm listening music, it opens the door of brains, along with that add things to your ,life that interests you the most, this will give you emmence pleasure in your life.

8:FOLLOW YOUR PRINCIPLES:
Everybody has some positive rules in their lives, it can be waking up early, being spiritual, avoiding oily foods etc,if you have anyone of it in your life and you feel its good, stick to it always, because at any time in your life if you feel disappointed it will give you a confidence that atleast you stick to your rule with the best of your ability.

PositiveThinking may refer to,optimism a mental attitude or worldview that interprets situations and events.

 

 Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when we are positive, it not only makes us better, but it also makes those around us better.


We should always keep in mind that No matter what we're going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel and it may seem hard to get to it but we can do it and just keep working towards it and we'll find the positive side of things.


Failure is many things to many people.But With Positive Mental Attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again.

 Would`t life be great if we eliminate all the negative thoughts from our mind and change our thoughts to being positive??
If we do then we will all live a life with harmony isn`t it??
If we clutter away all negative thoughts our lives will be harmonious:)

This is also a best tool that you can apply talk well and speak positively to others, or dont talk at all. try and remove destructive language,negative talks, swearing or complaining and curb your anger and frustration.

3:STOP UNRELEVANT TALKS:
You should try concentrating speaking positively to others, lets others do what they want, dont unnecessarily alter their lives. and try not to talk about them and waste your precious time.If you have time try concentrating to yourself as to how can you improve your mental strengths, give time to your inner self.

4:TRY AVOIDING NEGATIVE CONVERSATIONS:
If you find something negative around you, try and avoid the talk because it will create a great impact in your mind, and making you weak in terms of mental strengths. negative thinking and thoughts impact our minds very quickly and badly, and we inculcate them faster than positives.

Try and meet people who enjoys life and has a better understanding of it, and it will create a positive energy within you, because positive thoughts are somethings that you have to practice daily and it require lots and lots of patience to achieve success over thinking and incorporate positive techniques in life.

6:TRY YOGA:
Yoga is a great way to work on for reducing stress, getting relaxation and knowing about yourself.It allows greater mind control, increases self awareness,elevates mood and feeling of contentment.
it increases mental awareness and will power thus giving a push towards positive lifestyle.

7:SPIRITUALITY:
This is also one of the important factor, get a sense of connection to someone greater than ourselves.Try and connect yourself to nature , the universe , the god or gods, it will give you a positive inner strength to cope up with all the difficulties you face in your lives.

8:HEALTHY FOOD:
It is said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body and we all know body is healthy when we eat right foods in right quantities, try and drink water (atleast 6-8 glass) to remove toxins and eat fruits we can generate positive energy by eating fruits and vegetables that are fresh.
