FruitPacks for Facial Beauty

A facial is a procedure involving a variety of skin treatments, including: steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage. They are normally performed in beauty salons but are also a common spa treatments.Facials are used for general skin health as well as for specific skin conditions.
 And when mixed with Fruits they sound very tempting because of the vitamins and nutrients in them, we are sure of getting a natural instant glow.
 But before you are trying to go for a fruit facial make sure you know your skin type.Because some fruits are acidic in nature and thus acts as a good exfoliators, but those fruits with this property cannot be applied to sensitive skin. As sensitive skin is very thin and exfoliation will do more harm than good and can irritate the skin.so make sure you understand the properties of fruits before applying them to your skin.

BELOW ARE SOME OF THE FRUITS TO SUIT DIFFERENT SKIN TYPES:

1:OILY SKIN:
For oily skin, you can apply fruits like Lemon, Orange, Aloevera, Strawberries , These provide a cooling effect to skin and try and remove the excess oil present on the skin.Avoid fruits like banana and olive as they can create more oil and create acne.

2:SENSITIVE SKIN:
For sensitive skin, fruits like Banana,Almond and olive oil goes best as they provide natural nutrients to suit the skin. 

3:DRY SKIN:
People with dry skin can go for fruits of their own choice as they can apply all the fruits pack, to particularly target the dryness they can use banana, almond and olive, that are acidic in nature, they acts as good exfoliaters.

4:NORMAL SKIN:
People with normal skin can apply all the fruits and enjoy all nutrients present in them.

Fruits can be applied alone, by extracting their juices or pulp, or they can be mixed with packs to make a fruit pack.

Few essential things to keep in mind when making a fruit pack:

1:Make sure you choose the right fruit for your skin type.

2:Try and apply fruit pack made up by fresh fruits and fruits are of good quality.

3:Make sure you prepare and apply fruit pack the same day to gain maximum glow and nutrients.

4:Try and use fruits that are on normal temperature rather than refrigrated ones.

5:Keep utensils clean to prepare fruit packs.

6:Wash your hands well before preparing the pack.

7:Inspite of using all the above mentioned precautions, if irritation persists, remove the pack immediately , it might not be suiting you, and wash it with cold water or apply ice so that it does not cause any harm to skin.

8:Do not overdo, as fruit packs are acidic in nature and excessive use can damage your skin.

So try masks with precaution and enjoy instant glow and charm.

Below are some of the examples of fruit facials that can be prepared at home:

1:Papaya fruit facial mask:
You can mix papaya with  clay, aloevera and apply it on skin for 20 minutes and then rinse of with cool water.

2:Apple mask:

Chop apples and mix honey into it, apply this mask for 30 minutes and then rinse of with cool water.

3:Peach mask:
Extract juice of peach or take small pieces and add honey or oatmeal into it, apply it to you skin for 20 minutes and then rinse of.

These are only few you can apply all fruits according to your skin.
