Dates are juicy, sweet and nutritious fruit, mostly brown in colour. These are mostly consumed raw or with milk to add extra health benefits.They are found mostly everywhere and are an excellent remedy for many health related problems.
They are rich in Potassium, carbohydrates, vitamins A,B,C,E and K.,magnesium,copper,cobalt,proteins,boron,iron and many more components to provide essential nutrients for overall health. These have been known since ages.So below are some of the nutritional and health benefits of dates below:

Dates are a natural resource of Vitamin B5, It is highly beneficial for skin cells as it can repair damage caused by free radicals.
